These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. For the latest version, please refer to Pannellis’ website. Users may save or print these Terms and Conditions for their records. These Terms apply to all transactions conducted at our offices, or via email and telephone.

PRICING

All prices refer to a single unit and do not include taxes. Applicable taxes and fees will be added to the final invoice.
Pannellis reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping costs are not included in listed prices. Delivery estimates are available upon request.

Pannellis offers complimentary delivery on orders of 10 boards or more.

Delivery Schedule:

• Miami Area: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

• Northern Areas (up to Pompano Beach): Tuesdays and Thursdays

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To open an account, customers must complete the New Customer Form and provide valid company information, including:
• Billing name
• Billing address
• EIN or Resale Certificate

LEAD TIMES FOR SPECIAL ORDERS

Production lead time for special orders shipped directly from the factories in Portugal or Italy are approximately 4 to 6 weeks, plus transit time to Miami.

ORDER CANCELLATION – SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are made to order and cannot be canceled once the deposit has been received.

RETURN POLICY

Panel returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in resalable condition.
Note: Pannellis does not accept returns on edge banding.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

SHORTAGE AND DEMAGES

Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
